 In this class, we talked about structural adjustment programs. I didn’t know anything about this because we are in a situation where we don’t have to worry about it. However, I think we have to know about this problem because Japan is involved as well.

As I was listening about the system of structural adjustment programs, I thought it was a terrible thing because water is something we need to live so we should have the right to drink and use water freely. However, the people in Bolivia did not have the right to do that. I think the people who tried to improve that situation was savior because no one could take action to improve that situation, but as a result, those people were treated as the bad people by the US.

As I was listening about the people who tried to improve that situation, I wondered what happened to those people because the people who participated in the demo, where killed. How about those saviors?
