In this lesson, I first watch the video till the end. Out of the information that was in the video, I thought the most bad technique was first listening to the public opinion and try to change something but not the way they thought.

The example that was explained was the people saying the education should be improved using more money. However, what they did to improve didn’t need any money. I think people trying to improve something is a good thing but not living up to public expectation is not a good thing.

I think I will watch it one more time to make sure I didn’t miss anything. I will think how we could use in our situation.
